It was raining hard, so I was avoiding more plywood (yes, I started, but it's rather dismal going solo), and instead put the insulation in the floor and put the vapor barrier on as well, along with the braces in the wall frame uprights. Amazing how little impact some tasks have visually, but this one hour's work makes all the difference in the world! I also love how with everything I complete, I step back and look at the space, and visualize something different than what I designed and based the plans on. I'm interested to see how much I change from the original plans I started with! This area is under the loft, and contains my workspace, sitting area, storage, and shelving!
I also (I'm so excited about this) figured out the timer on my GoPro--well, actually, John figured it out and told me.... he has SO much more patience than I do in reading operating manuals and watching instructionals on YouTube. I'd rather just push buttons till it works or I figure it out, and if I don't figure it out, I'm relatively happy just being angry at the thing until I give up and either read the instructions or get someone else to show me. Anyway! I took a timelapse of installing the insulation and vapor barrier! Did I mention I'm excited about this? I haven't figured out the GoPro software yet, and haven't had sufficient time to sit down with it, but I will post it as soon as I have it done!
