Go Go Go, is the motto.... unless it's before daybreak and the coffee's not gone yet....
Plywood on the roof, then Peel & Stick to waterproof my Northern uber low-slope roof. There are a gazillion kinds, so get the one that suits your climate and needs. Ask questions, look stupid--I survived.
Tyvek and tape, and it's contained! I chose to not put plywood on before putting Tyvek on as everyone assured me that insulation would still be find, I'd save the extra width (literal centimeters), it's cheaper, it doesn't compromise anything, and I want to use plywood for the exterior anyway. I was going to use actual siding, but am nervous about weight restrictions (7000lbs), cost, and didn't think it actually necessary. Soooo, I put the Tyvek on and will put the plywood on top of that, as the siding.
Next: metal on the Peel & Stick, more braces, external plywood, & floor insulation and vapour barrier.
